Third-Party Categories: When necessary, we may share personal data with trusted service providers such as logistics partners, IT and cloud service providers, and other vendors who assist us in delivering our products and services. We retain your personal data for six (6) months up to three (3) years from the date of your transaction or inquiry, or until the purpose for collection has been fulfilled.

In certain cases, we may retain data longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Once no longer needed, personal data is securely disposed of or destroyed.

In the event of a personal data breach that may pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, Abiva will notify affected data subjects and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC rules.
